Schedule a meeting so that we can learn more about your wedding. At this meeting we will get a sense of your wedding vision and determine if we are good fit to work together. Feeling comfortable with your planner is key in successful wedding planning.
Planning meetings that will be held in person or online with your planner. At these meeting we discuss your vision, budget and checklist to ensure your planning is on track.
You will receive a proposal and contract for review. Please ask any questions you may have! Once you are ready to sign the contract can be e-signed and paid online
The day is almost here! We ensure your timeline is set, vendors are confirmed and all logistics for the day are set.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING
The majority of our clients choose full wedding planning. Throughout the planning process, we are with you, ensuring you are on track with tasks while making sure your budget is maintained. We are there to provide design ideas, advice on every aspect of your wedding, and even sometimes just an ear to listen . Full-service planning offers you the highest level of service from your lead planner.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Some couples have started their planning and then realized they need more help. Partial planning services are a good fit for these clients. We will get you back on track with your planning with quarterly meetings and assist you in the process of finding the best vendors and providing design ideas.
WEDDING MANAGMENT
Often called "Day of Coordination" this service is much more than that, we start working with you 90 days before your wedding on the details. You also receive 3 hours of wedding planning consultation time that you can use anytime after signing the contract. For clients done with their planning and are looking for a professional to put together all the pieces, wedding management is their chosen service. Wedding management is only available for weddings at commercial venues.

Absolutely! Your wedding should always reflect you as a couple. Our job is to refine your vision so that it fits your budget and location. Relying on our expertise will ensure your wedding is everything you envisioned and maybe even more.
Will you take over MY wedding?
We are your wedding planning partners; couples should be as involved as they want to be in the planning process. Depending on the services you choose, your planner will be involved with as much or little as you want. A wedding planner is here to facilitate and manage the details, so you don't have to. Your involvement is key to a successful couple/wedding planner relationship.
The venue I am getting married at has an in-house coordinator. Why do I need a wedding planner?
Your venue coordinator works for the venue, and an independently hired wedding planner works for you! We are your advocate with all of your vendors, including the venue. Also common in venues is the turnover of coordinators; you may be planning your wedding for a year, or so your contact with them may change, an independent planner is with you through the whole process.
Depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, assistant assignments are done by the lead planner. Your planner knows what staffing works best for your wedding so that it runs smoothly. A lead planner will always be on-site throughout the whole wedding day.
